Well, well, well… you made it. This is (finally!) my last swim team email.

If you’ve read every one of these, congratulations, you deserve an award almost as much as our swimmers! And yes…you can finally unsubscribe from my twice-weekly novels. 😄

What a great CHAMPs meet today! The kids swam their hearts out, and we finished 4th overall! We’re so proud of everything they accomplished.

A huge thank you to the Guillen family for stepping up and covering three volunteer shifts for the team. We truly appreciate your willingness to help!

Banquet Details Tomorrow

Time: 5:00–7:00 PM

Location: GSW Clubhouse

We’re keeping an eye on the weather and are hopeful we’ll be able to celebrate outside. If Mother Nature has other plans, we’ll simply move the party indoors.

A few quick reminders:

• Please enter through the rear of the building (the pool side) when getting food.
• We’ll have seating available, but if you’re able, please bring an extra chair.
• BYOB if you’d like! We’ll also have some leftover drinks from the swim season to enjoy.
• Don’t forget to stop by our photo backdrop inside to capture one last Gators memory!

Ribbon Pickup

All ribbons have been sorted and are ready for pickup. We’ll leave the ribbon box outside the clubhouse throughout the week if you can’t get them tomorrow. Please make sure either your swimmer or a parent picks up your family’s ribbons and takes them home. Please don’t leave ribbons in the box, we’d love for every swimmer to receive the ribbons they earned!

I’m sure you have a drawer somewhere in your house that’s already dedicated to swim ribbons…what’s a few more? 😉

Thank you all for making this such a fun and memorable season. It has been a joy supporting these swimmers and cheer each other on.
