Show Time:

11 and Over: 7:00 a.m. (Please account for parking)

10 and under 11:00 a.m. (Please account for parking)

Warm Ups Start:

11 and Over: 7:20- 7:40 a.m. (Lane 8-10)

10 and under: 11:20- 11:40 a.m. (Lane 8-10)

Parking: Available around WISC and Warhill Sports Complex. There will be a limited number of handicap parking spaces available close to the pool.

Volunteers:

Timers: Timing begins when the meet starts (8:30 for first session and around 12:30 for the second session)

Deck Marshalls: AM Marshals need to start their shifts at 6:30 a.m.

Clerk of Course: Located near outside the front left side of the building.

Concessions:

Sip and Smile will be at the pool at 9 AM

Burgers on the Edge will arrive at 11:00 AM

Everbowl will be at the pool at 9 AM

Deck Access: Access to the pool deck will be monitored. Coaches, officials, and event staff only will be permitted access to the deck between the ropes and the edge of the pool during warm-ups and competition.

Spectators: Must remain behind the ropes at all times when watching their swimmer race and are encouraged to leave the deck area once their swimmer has completed their race. No personal chairs allowed on deck.

Ribbons/Awards:

Individual Awards: Medals will be awarded at the meet to the 1st through 8th places in each individual event. These places will be given out at the Awards presentation directly after the Session that they swam in. Ribbons for 9th through 16th places will be prepared at the meet. The Coaches are to pick up these ribbons after the meet. Medals will also be awarded to swimmers breaking Championship Meet records.

Relay Awards: Medals will be awarded at the meet to 1st through 8th places in each relay event.

Banquet tickets are on sale now! Ticket sales close Wednesday, July 29.

This is our end-of-season celebration where every swimmer is recognized with their famous paper plate award and a team medal. We’ll also introduce the 2027 Gators Board, enjoy dinner, dessert, and celebrate another fantastic season together.

We’ll have tables and chairs set up, but seating can be limited. If you’re able, please bring an extra chair just in case.
