Cue the dramatic slow-motion running music... We're almost at the finish line! It's our last meet of the regular season, and while we're not crying (it's just pool water in our eyes), we're ready to make one more big splash before Awards and CHAMPS  begins.

Kingsmill will be having a theme for the meet of “Christmas in July!” Feel free to participate!!

Pool Address: Mounts Bay Pool at Kingsmill 101 Tutter’s Neck, Williamsburg, VA 23185.

There is a parking lot and overflow can park along the main street along Mounts Bay Road. Please avoid blocking driveways.

Pool Lanes: 6 lanes, Fly over starts and Meet starts at 6pm. they will be using Time DropsWireless Swim Timing System

Ribbon: Yes. Awarding top times 1st-6th place of overall event. Thereafter, they will award the winner of each heat a heat winner prize.

Concessions:

Concessions will be located inside Mounts Bay Rec Center Club House. The Shark Shack will sell a variety of dinner items, snacks, and drinks. We will email our menu to you all shortly!!

We accept cash and Credit Card.

Team Set Up/What to Bring: We will set up on the far side of the pool (closest to Mounts Bay Road). It is very sunny so feel free to bring tents and chairs.

Warm-ups: 5:00pm.

Volunteer Check-in Check in with Jessica Brown, Volunteer meeting/timer meeting will be at 5:45pm by entrance of pool.

Clerk of Course: Will be set up under the pergola near the blocks.

Scorers and Ribbons will be inside the clubhouse. Please use the side door by the pool entrance to get in.

Photo Reminder
Please upload 1–2 of your favorite photos of your swimmer to the Google Drive. We'll print them to use as banquet decorations, and you'll be able to take them home as a keepsake afterward.
