Swim Suit orders must be submitted by May 22nd. The team is placing a bulk TYR order and receiving 40% off suits for our swimmers.

Registration Reminder
While registration remains open throughout the season, registering by May 22nd helps the team tremendously.
Benefits of registering early:
- Your swimmer receives a Gators team t-shirt
- Helps the board evaluate volunteer coverage needs
- Swimmers must be registered before families can sign up for volunteer positions
VPSU Rule Changes & Mixed Relays
Several VPSU rule changes were approved for the upcoming season. One of the biggest updates involves the addition of Mixed Relays and scoring.
Teams will have the option to swim Mixed relays. Each mixed relay must include, 2 boys, 2 girls and 1 swimmer from each age group.
Scoring Updates
In individual events, all lanes will be used as competitive lanes
VPSU ribbons will be awarded for first, second, third, and fourth, fifth, and sixth place winners in each competitive event. Additional awards or ribbons, such as participation or heat winner recognition, may also be awarded at the discretion of the host team. (The Gators still plain to award Participation and Heat winners this year)

Volunteer Positions
As volunteer positions become available soon, this is a friendly reminder that it truly takes the whole team to make the season successful. We appreciate everyone who steps up to help throughout the summer.
Please keep this in mind when someone is unable to fulfill a position, another family must cover that responsibility to ensure meets and events continue running smoothly.
Due to new VPSU rule changes:
- The Sweeps volunteer position has been eliminated
- One Ribbons position has also been removed
