Good Morning!

It is that time of year where swim gets crazy for the last two weeks with lots of activities and fun! Please read the full email as there are important details below. 

#1 If you have a swimmer in Awards Meet and Champs meet you are expected to volunteer! This is outside of the points system used during regular swim season.

#2 If you have already volunteered for Awards, thank you. You have made my job much easier, and you can stop reading this email! Feel free to repeat your actions for Champs meet if your swimmer is participating

#3 If you did not complete #2 I need you to sign up for a volunteer shift for Awards meet. We can not participate in awards if we do not provide volunteers. They will not proceed at the meet without us. They will come over the loud speaker announcing WHERE ARE THE GREENSPRING GATORS VOLUNTEERS????? I wrote that in Caps on purpose because it is already a long meet and they will be annoyed if we delay it.

#4 Attached are all the jobs open at this current moment. I really hope we can fill them, so I do not have to assign families to positions, because that is something we have avoided all season!!

#5 Thank you all for an amazing season thus far, let's go out with a bang! Go Gators!!!!!
