Good Evening Gators, 

ATTACHED is the information for the Awards Meet hosted by Queen's Lake. The job sign ups are open. I have a slight suspision they may add some additional jobs and if they do, I will let everyone know. Dun dun dunnnnnnn.....

PLEASE pay close attention. We split each session into two so volunteers do not have to sign up for the entire session. Please take a shift. Do not wait for someone else to take a shift. The time is now, young Gators, the time is now. There are some available on Friday evening setting up our team tents or Saturday morning helping with drink coolers. 

It is going to be HOT HOT HOT. Bring A LOT of hydration for your swimmer. The concessions menu (in the attachment) looks meh for lunch, so maybe have a plan for that. Please be concious of the fact we are ALL going to be sitting under the tents together. If you want to spread out with blankets, games, crafts, etc. for your swimmer or their sibling (we know it's a long day) - please consider bringing your own tent. The first priority is shade for your swimmers and coaches.

Please have your swimmer arrive by 7AM for the 10 & Under Session - the Gators warm up time is 7:20AM. Please have your swimmers arrive by 12:30PM for the 11 & Up Session - the Gators warm up time is 1:10PM. 

This is a really fun meet for the kids with a lot of ribbon winning potential. It is also their last chance to hit a champs time for the strokes they are swimming.
