Good Afternoon Gators, 

Please read below - a lot going on! It's the crazy end of season time. 

Tie Dye Pool Party Event Info

This event is tomorrow (Wednesday 7/23) from 6-9PM at the GSW Clubhouse. When you arrive, please come to the patio to pick up your pre soaked shirt and then continue on to the tie dye tables. There will be instructions, rubber bands and the coaches will have tie dye stations for you to take your shirts after you band them. Please bring either a gallon size Ziplock (these work best) or an old grocery bag to put your shirts in after they are dyed. WE CANNOT BRING THESE BAGS ON THE POOL DECK, like, AT ALL. Seriously. We will get in trouble. The best thing to do is bring them to your car before going into the pool area for swimming/games. If you happen to have some larger pieces of cardboard, please bring with you as well. This works well to lay the shirt on when they are being dyed. 

Parents, this is NOT a good event to send your swimmer to solo. Please plan to join them at the event to assist with the tie dye process. 

Volunteers:  If you are signed up to set up, please arrive at the GSW clubhouse no later than 4:30PM. If you are signed up for clean up, please find Brittany Ainsley when you arrive. Typically clean up for tie tye starts around 7:30PM. Please note, these volunteers will NOT be cleaning up the pool deck, so make sure your swimmers take everything with them at the end of the night. 

COIN DIVE - We always do a coin dive as a game at the pool. Please bring as many coins as you have and a plastic container (like an empy gatorade bottle) for your child(ren) to collect them in the pool during the dive. There will be a big bucket to dump your coins for the dive on the pool deck.

Concessions: Dollar Value Menu for the Gator Grill! Our food truck had to cancel, so Julie offered to sell some of the items we still have for only $1 each. We will have hot dogs, cookies/candy, popsicles, sodas, chips, ice cream treats, etc. All proceeds go to the Gators!

Parent Relay: Want to show these Gators what you got? Bring your swimsuit to join in on the parent relay! 

Other Stuff: 

We know you have been patiently waiting on Awards Meet information and volunteer slots. As soon as we have the info. tomorrow, we will distribute the sign ups. Some general information: 

10 & Under are the MORNING Session (7AM warm ups, 8:15AM meet start)

11 & OVER are the AFTERNOON Session ( 12PM warm ups, 1:15PM meet start)
