It's our LAST regular season swim meet. 

The last two weeks of the swim season are going to be cray cray. We have our last swim meet tomorrow, the tie dye party on Wednesday, Awards Meet on Saturday, Champs Meet the NEXT Saturday (August 2nd) and our Awards Banquet on Sunday (August 3rd). The emails will be emailing so please pay attention! We will be sending information on the tie dye party, the awards banquet, awards meet volunteer requirements, champs meet volunteer requirements and Board nominations for next year. SO MUCH. 

🏊♂️ Meet Info – Monday vs. Wellington Waves

Location: 3927 Bournemouth Bend, Williamsburg, VA 23188

Parking: The parking lot is small, but there will also be street parking. 

This is our first time swimming against Wellington, so I don't have any insider tips about their pool. You could bring tents just in case we don't have shade. I'm not entirely sure where we will be sitting. It will be a fun surprise! 

Athlete Arrival: 5:00 PM
Greensprings Warm-Ups: 5:30 PM
Concessions: They take cash and venmo - not sure on what they have.

If you're signed up to volunteer, check in with Brittany Ainsley (Volunteer Coordinator) on deck near the Gators’ coach table.

• Officials: Listen for the call for the officials meeting before the meet.
• Timers & Sweeps Judges: Timer meeting typically starts 20 minutes before the meet (6:00 PM).
• Clerk of Course (First Session): Be ready by 5:50 PM — swimmers begin lining up early!
• Second Session Volunteers: Please switch out after Event 30.
• Scorers/Ribbons: Located in the Kingswood clubhouse, right by the pool.
