🎉 It's that magical time of year again... VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS! 🎉

Yes, friends — with the joy of summer swim comes the thrill of parent volunteer duties. Did you know it takes 63 volunteer shifts to run EACH HOME MEET?

If you didn’t know that before, congratulations — now you do! It takes an all on deck approach (literally) to keep the summer swim magic alive. And this year, we’re lucky to have our volunteer MVP and newly minted Gators board member, Brittany Ainsley, stepping up as the Meet Volunteer Coordinator Extraordinaire. 🐊✨

So do your part — sign up for all your required shifts early! Not only will you secure the prime spots, but you’ll also save Brittany from turning into a human spreadsheet trying to chase down commitment stragglers every week.

Job sign ups open tomorrow, 5/21, for ALL MEETS at 8PM ET. Please make sure you are able to log into your Swimtopia account so you can sign up. My super high quality instructions can be found HERE.

There is NO JOB we cannot train you on. I promise. Just sign up. The only job that does take some training by the league is the Stroke and Turn Official. Everything else, we GOT YOU. 

If you have a 10 and Under swimmer today is your last chance to take advantage of the following: 

*Families with 10 & Unders will be allowed to have preference for three first half job shifts this season. So, if working second session at an away meet is difficult - this is your opportunity to have a guarunteed first session job position. The rest of your volunteer shifts will be selected when we open the job sign ups for everyone
