Warm Up Timelines 

First Session (11 & Up) shoudl plan to arrive by 7AM

Second Session (10 & Under) should plan to arrive by 11AM

Volunteer Slots

Please visit Swimtopia on your computer or app and SIGN UP for a slot if you have a child swimming. We MUST fill these. There are descriptions attached to this email. I split them up so you don't have to work the entire session. YES - the deck marshall job has to be ready to go at 7PM. Actually, they want us ready to go at 6:30AM for that job but....nah.

MORE GENERAL INFORMATION:

Parking: There is plenty of parking around WISC and Warhill Sports Complex. No parking will be open in the 757swim parking lot unless you have a handicapped parking permit. There will be parking attendants directing people. 

 Set Up and Take Down: Team tents & chairs can be set up in the 757swim parking lot Friday night between 6-8 pm. Please see the Allocation Map for your team's spots. Please have your tents down and area clean when the meet is over! 

 Warm ups: Please see attached Warm Ups Assignment document for assigned warm up times and lanes. 

Concessions: There will not be a concessions table in addition to the two food vendors so make sure your teams and swim families plan accordingly. 

Hospitality: Fords Colony is running hospitality for coaches & officials 

Safe Sport: The only people allowed behind the blocks are timers and officials. Spectators must remain in the spectator area. No photos or videos taken behind the blocks.  

Make sure your swimmers get a great night sleep on Friday night and GO GATORS!
