Hey Hey Gators!

Everyone ready for a SUPER FUN awards meet tomorrow!? Below is some more information. 

SECOND SESSION PARENTS (11 & Up) - we still have some open volunteer slots. Please jump in and fill if you are going to be there. 

ALL VOLUNTEERS: Tomorrow you will want to check in with me ON SITE and I will let you know either who is replacing you (if you are first half) or who you will be replacing (if you are second half) for each session. 

10 & Unders - be there by 7AM and look for our Gators tents!

11 & Up - be there by 12:30PM and look for our Gators tents!

SHIRTS: We will also have some tie dye shirts available to purchase! We are going ot post the SIZES on the Gators Facebook page later today. If you want to purchase one to have for the event tomorrow or for champs meet, just comment under the size you want. 

HERE IS SOME ADDITIONAL MEET INFORMATION from Queen's Lake - please read! 

Parking: There will be signs and parking attendants directing people to plenty of upper field parking with a short walk to the pool. No parking will be open in the parking lots unless you have a handicapped parking permit. Address of the Pool:

234 East Queens Dr. Williamsburg, Va. 23185 Other: Team tents & chairs can be set up in the grassy area around the playground as early as Friday night between 6-8 pm Spots are first come, first serve. Please do not set up canopies in the playground area. We have two bleachers set up on one side of the pool for spectators. 

Concessions: Cash and cards are accepted. We will be serving muffins, fruit and coffee in the morning. For lunch we will have hotdogs, sub sandwich combos, fruit, pasta salad and variety of drinks and goodies for purchase. We’ll also have 50/50 raffle going on- cash only. $1/ticket or 6 tickets for $5.

Hospitality: Lunches will be provided for coaches & officials. All coaches and officials can use the restrooms located inside the clubhouse which is adjacent to the pool. Swimmers, spectators and other volunteers will use the pool restrooms. SafeSport: The only people allowed behind the blocks are timers and officials. Spectators must remain in the spectator area. No photos or videos taken behind the blocks. Food Drive for House of Mercy: We would love to do a large VPSU donation to Williamsburg House of Mercy. Please bring food and toiletry donations!! Attached is a list of high need items.
