Hello Parents!

Below is the link to sign up to volunteer for our Awards meet this Saturday! If your child is swimming, please sign up to help at one of the sessions. 

Please note - these times are estimated. We will have more information in the coming days on our warm ups and event times, etc. Each session (10 & Under & 11 & Up) is divided into two halves so no one has to volunteer the entire session (except stroke and turn). Once everyone has signed up, I will post who you will be replacing if you are the second haf volunteer of either session. Confused? It'll make sense once you sign up. 

There are two options to help with tent set up and tear down so we have some shade for our swimmers and parents during the meet. Signing up with this INCLUDES BEING ABLE TO THROW SOME TENTS IN YOUR CAR TO TRANSPORT THEM TO THE MEET WHERE OUR SPACE (Friday PM set up) IS AND BACK FROM THE MEET (Saturday after older session for take down).

We will be sending out an email TOMORROW about purchasing your food ticket and contributing to the coach gifts, so please be on the lookout!
