Happy Friday Gators!

I have some time stranded in the airport so figured I'd get our meet email out to you early. 

Our meet on Monday is VS the Kingsmill Sharks at the Mounts Bay pool. Hard to believe we are already at our LAST REGULAR SEASON SWIM MEET!

I have attached the Kingsmill LOGO to this email. They asked that you save this to your phone and use it at the security gate for fast entry. Fancy.

Kingsmill uses Culinary Connections catering for their concessions with healthy meal options for all! (per their team) I'm not sure if they take both cash and card, so bring both just in case. 

Athlete Arrival: 5PM

Set Up: We typically set up on their pool deck and tents are not allowed. There MAY be space outside the pool deck. I have asked and will update you. 

Volunteers: We have a TON OF VOLUNTEER POSITIONS THAT NEED TO BE FILLED. The job sign ups are open - please go fill your name it. I'm traveling for work this week so I won't be able to track anyone down. Please just sign up and be there when you should be and ready to go. Timers meeting will be 15 minutes prior to the meet. We CANNOT start the meet without timers, scorers, clerks of course, sweeps judge, etc. Kingsmill will just start calling for our volunteers over the loudspeaker and we will look a little silly. BUT you guys are rockstars and I know that won't happen. 

On Tuesday I will be sending out an information email about Award and Champs meet volunteer spots and some more general information. WHAT FUN!!!
