    Rain Rain Go Away....Weather Information

There's one every season....a meet where we potentially deal with inclement weather.

    DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNN.

    What to expect?

First, the meet ref (Mike Bermudez) will be using his super sophisticated spidey senses (or radar) to make a determination if we get to the point of needing to delay/cancel/reschedule the meet. When we know, you will know 60 seconds after we know by way of email and Facebook and smoke signals. You don't need to post on Facebook, "iS tHe MeEt CaNcEleD!?" Please do everything as you normally would until you hear from us.That said...here are some general rules:

    1. If there is thunder/lightning - we will CLEAR the pool deck.

    2. We will NOT all run to the clubhouse because we have concessions and scoring tables and stuff going on in there. We will go to our cars or our golf carts (if you are brave enough to drive yours up tonight). So...unless you have a volunteer job that requires you to be IN the clubhouse OR you are a coach/official, you will be ever so nicely and kindly and lovingly asked to go elsewhere. It's not you, it's us.

    3. Once everything is cleared (I THINK it's 30 minutes per thunder/lightning) we will send out a communication via email and Facebook to go BACK to the pool deck. Unless, of course, the storm is unending and Mike tells us to go home.

    4. We will then start the meet and eat delicious concessions food and swim fast and win.

IF the meet is canceled - we try to schedule it for the very next day (Tuesday). We will deal with that chaos if and when it happens.

    OK - GO TEAM!
