Good Sunday Gators, 

Some updated information for tomorrow's meet. It's going to be HOT HOT HOT so make sure your swimmer's are drinking a lot of water today and tomorrow. 

Volunteers: Thanks to those who have helped fill in, but we are still short on some jobs. We need four more second half timers, a second half clerk of course and what looks like some stroke and turn officials. We WILL have a sign in sheet this time close to the coach table - so please let us know when you arrive. I will be scoring both halves and unable to track down volunteers, so if you are volunteering - please be where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there. Timer meeting usually starts about 15 minutes before the meet. Second half timers, please be on time to relieve the first half timers. If we can get all these spots filled I can make a sheet letting people know who their trade off is. If we don't fill the spots, I will not give normal instructions to first half timers to wait for their replacement. We will just delay the start of second session until GS parents grab a watch. It's so much easier when we sign up in advance! 

Here is an update from First Colony: We have Two Drummers for our main dinner offering as well as concessions for drinks and snacks and Polar Ice for a nice treat. Reminder to have your team follow the direction of the parking Marshall. Our main lot in the pool can fill up fast but we have parking on the pool side of the street as well as an overflow lot. It will be hot so I would encourage people to bring pop ups for shade and seats.

TEAM BREAKFAST: We still need some help for the team breakast or we will have sad swimmers with no pancakes. Thank you for signing up to drop things off, but we also need help with the implementation (set up, tear down, cooking / serving food). Thank you!!
