Good Morning Gators!

Here is some information on Monday's meet, the team breakfast/pictures and Champs T Shirts. 

Reminder: PLEASE LET JENNA KNOW ASAP if your swimmers will not be in attendance for Monday's meet.

Location: 125 Pasbehegh Drive, Williamsburg VA 23185. Please park on the pool side of the street only. Fill the gravel parking lot and field behind basketball courts before parking along the street. Parking attendants will direct.

Athlete Arrival: Please arrive by 5PM for warm ups with your swimmer's events written on their hands. If you are at practice on Monday morning, ask a coach for help with this!

Set Up: Set up tents/chairs in the field outside the pool. Swimmers will remain on deck, spectators in the field. Spectators may come onto the pool deck to watch their swimmers events. 

Food: Concessions (cash only), food truck

Volunteer Stuff: We need gaps filled - shocker! Please sign up if you are able. First and second session slots available. You might be saying, "well, I've done my shifts....." We had a smaller team this year which means the normal volunteer requirements just aren't covering it. This is going to happen every meet so if we could take an ALL IN approach and work together to get this stuff covered, that would be great. Also, when I open the job form so people can sign up - please do not release your shift.Thank you! 

Team Breakfast: PLEASE SIGN UP We still need people to help with making pancakes, bacon and serving the swimmers.

Camp Kids Individual /Sibling Photos: 7:30- 8AM

Everyone Else Individual / Sibling Photos: 8-8:45AM

Team picture is at 8:45AM. We know this may cause an issue for camp kids, but we released the schedule waaayyyyy back in April so if being in the team picture was something near and dear to your heart, you had time to make arrangements for that morning. The amazing Josef Rosler will be doing our pictures again this year and we will post ordering instructions after July 2nd.

Champs T Shirts: If your athlete is attending Champs Meet and you want them to have a shirt - you can find information on pre ordering them here. They are RARELY available day of the meet and the order form closes JULY 19.
