Tuesday, June 11th - 4:45 - 6:30 PM

Saturday at Time Trials

We will have a table set up at the clubhouse. Here's the deal. We all know Cassie (me) messed up this t shirt distribution last year. So, we need to add a layer of protection. We need ALL parents picking up gear (or teens - so tell 'em if you got 'em) to DOUBLE CHECK sizes that have been pre bagged and signing off on our little form that we did NOT jack it up again. A big THANK YOU to Rachel Sleeth for organizing our merch.

In order to get your suit, please use the link on the TEAM STORE page of the website (https://greenspringsgators.swimtopia.com/shop) to PAY FOR IT before you pick up. Please know what you ordered and what to select for payment. There is a drop down with all the suit styles and prices. You can add multiple items to your cart if you have more than one suit. Just add one, then go back to the TEAM STORE page and add another. 

Unlucky People: Wallis, Hartig (brief only), Reed, Cory, Grimm, Pisaniello, Wall. TYR did NOT  have your suit size in stock but our rep has told they are to be SHIPPED OUT THIS WEEK. We really really really hope they are here before the 17th -  but have a back up plan (AKA wear whatever suit you want) just in case for the friendship meet on Monday, June 17th. We are putting the pressure on TYR to get them to us ASAP, though. Always something.  

TIME TRIALS REMINDER (are you still with me?)

12 & Unders please be at the pool this Saturday, June 15th at 7:30AM for time trials! Does this mean I just ruined your Friday night, too? Yes, likely....but it's a great way to practice a meet set up. See Coach Jenna's email from earlier in the week. PLEASE LET HER KNOW ASAP IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND! 

Parents - we will need your help timing at time trials. Please come ready to use those stopwatch fingers. I will give a quick introduction to timing at 7:40AM. 

Ok - I think that's it. I will be sending a PRE MEET EMAIL OUT ON SATURDAY JUNE 15th with a ton more info about our first home meet. Here we gooooooooo!
