Home Meet VS Kingsmill Sharks 7/17
Good Morning Gators!
Welcome to the last two weeks of craaaazzyyyy - final home meet, team pictures, tie dye event, team breakfast, awards meet, board nominations, champs meet and then our banquet. This is the culmination of summer swim and once July 31st hits you may be rocking in a corner. It's for the kids, it's for the kids, it's for the kids....and we love it too. We will be sending communications about these events this week, so check those emails and Facebook posts.
There are some open volunteer slots for tomorrow. This is your final opportunity to make sure you have the correct number of volunteer shifts before we assess fees. We hate to do it, but you did acknowledge this requirement when you registered. If you have one swimmer you should have a point value of five and if you have two or more swimmers you should have a point value of 6. I would like to take a moment to thank the Eichholz, Ainsley, Hinnant, Hartig, Farah, Kantor and Ericsson families for going above and beyond their volunteer requirements this year to help us fill in gaps.
THANK YOU!

Our last home meet is wild and crazy and it will be fun, fun, fun.
Athlete Arrival: 4:30 PM for wam-ups - please have swimmer event info on hands.
Spectator Tent/Chair Set Up: You know the drill by now...leave some walking space between you and the fence. Watch out for the geese bombs.
Volunteers: You will be checking in at the VOLUNTEER CHECK IN TENT with Jenn Ericsson our Volunteer Meet Director starting at 4:45PM . Please check in as soon as you arrive regardless of first or second session. The tent will be located right at the front entrance to the pool - you can't miss it.
Set Up Crew: Please find me (Cassie) when you arrive at the pool at 3:30PM - I will have a set up list for you to use.
Timers: please listen for the timers meeting to be called about 15 minutes before the start of the meet. If you are a first session timer, please do NOT leave until the second session person has relieved you. If someone doesn't show, we will find them. Second session timers, please do not leave your first session timer hanging!
Scorers/Ribbons Volunteers: please meet in the clubhouse at 5:30PM so we can go over printing / marking our ribbons.

Second Session People: we switch jobs over after breaststroke (event 30) - please be paying attention and be ready to take over for the first session peeps.
Additional Reminders:
Trash: Thank you for doing such a great job picking up around your swimmers! I know the tear down team really appreciates this.

Bathrooms: Outside OK. Inside not OK.
Senior Recognition: We will be honoring our senior swimmers tomorrow prior to the start of the meet: Jacquelyn Shearer, Maya Schram, Trinity Schulze, Brice Hankins, Isabel Kantor, Aedan Spaulding and Shelby Reed.
Finally, if you are available tomorrow morning during any of the practice times to help Rachel Sleeth prep for concessions, please go up to the clubhouse.
