Hello Gator Families!

It's that time of the summer swim season when we have some jam packed fun for the last few weeks. Here is some information you need to know about upcoming events, so please read all the way through.

Team Photo / Individual Pictures - Tuesday, July 18th. 8AM - 9:30AM

Our amazing Josef Rosler will be taking our team and individual swimmer photos this year. If you want your swimmer(s) to have their individual photos taken you can refer to the timeline below. These photos are inividual / sibling (if wanted) and will be available for purchase through Josef's website and we will send the link for that after he has finished preparing them The team photo is free for everyone. These are GREAT photos! We cannot do photos with friends due to time restritions. Please plan to arrive at the suggested timeline below and have your kids come and get in line.

Please remember to have your kids wear their meet suits for photos.

8:00AM - Individual photos for camp kids and their older siblings

8:15AM-8:40AM - Individual photos for Rookies / 8 & unders and their older siblings

8:45AM - TEAM PHOTO - We understand there are some kids who have camp and there are some kids who are in club swim. We tried to pick a time that would accomodate both of those groups as best we could.

9:00-9:30AM - (or until we are done) - Individual photos for 9-18 year olds

***PRACTICE STILL ON AFTER PHOTOS FOR APPLICABLE AGE GROUPS***

Additional Upcoming Dates / Info:

FINAL Home Meet VS Kingsmill / Senior Recognition Night - Like Coach Jenna said, come WILD AND CRAZY for our last home meet! This will be a super fun night and we will recognize our amazing senior swimmers prior to the start of the meet. More info in the normal pre meet communication to be sent this Sunday.

T Shirt Tie Dye and Pool Party Event, Wednesday, July 19th 6-8PM

Team Breakfast, Friday, July 21st (following normal practice times for each age group)

Awards Meet, Saturday, July 22nd - we will send a team communication early next week with the sign up link for job slots AND general information for the event like we do for normal swim meets.

Champs Meet, Saturday, July 29th - same as above, will send out info. email.

Gators Awards Banquet, Sunday, July 30th 5PM-7PM - tickets for dinner will be on sale on our website early next week, will update you when ready!

We will also be sending everyone information on Gators Board nominations and the voting process PRIOR to the awards banquet.
