Please read below for AWAY meet info for Monday 7/10 against the Queens Lake Eagles. 

Volunteer Ish

There are still some open spots for tomorrow. We will give anyone who helps beyond normal volunteer requirements a $15 concessions voucher for our 7/17 home meet. This is sure better than delaying the start of the meet tomorrow if we don't have enough volunteers!  Jenn Ericsson will have the concessions vouchers and if you volunteer for a slot you can pick one up from her when you check in. If we owe you one, she also has it with your name on it. 

Shifts Needed:

- Clerk of Course - 2nd Session (2)

- Timer 2nd Session (2)

MEET INFO:

Location: 234 E Queens Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185 - if you've never been to this pool you may wonder for a moment if the directions are taking you to the right place...they are...just keep driving....

Parking and Set Up: There is plenty of parking between the lot / field. When you enter the pool, we will set up on the far side. This pool can get VERY BUGGY - bring your spray! There isn't a great place to set up that has a view of the pool, but you can certainly bring one to scope out the field area. 

Warm Ups Arrival Time: 5:00PM PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SWIMMER HAS THEIR EVENT / HEAT / LANE written on hand.

Concessions: There are concessions available - bring cash. I didn't get specifics from the team, so this is all I have for you my friends. 

VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS MEET:

As SOON as you arrive, please check in with Jenn Ericsson, Volunteer Meet Director. Look for Jenn where our coachces are set up on deck. We need to make sure everyone is there. If you are working second session, please still check in when you get there. Also, please pay attention to the announcement for when the timers meeting is - usually about 15 minutes before the meet.

Scorers and ribbons people, PLEASE GO TO THE QL scoring table area at 5:30 to go over everything.
