Happy Sunday Gator Families! 

Here is the information on our swim meet tomorrow at Kingswood Klams.

I will have the concessions coupons to hand out at this Monday's meet for those who stepped up to help above and beyond their normal volunteer requirements. Thank you to Charlie Ericsson, Jen Farrah, Shannon Hartig, Tera Hinnant, Rhonda Hankins, Meredith Eichholz and Henry Eichholz. We sure do appreciate you! 

Please be sure to check your volunteer requirements to make sure you are at the required amount. We have some holes in our last three meets and can get you plugged in to avoid any fees. You can email [email protected] or text Cassie at 757-968-9085. It takes 65 volunteer positions to successfully run a home meet and 35 for an away meet. Being a Gators board member should not mean working double the shifts to cover for people who don't sign up for their required amount, but many of us are doing just that. Please help keep us sane and do your part. We say it with all the love in our litte green gator hearts. XOXO

MEET INFORMATION - Kingswood

Location: 100 Red Maple Pl, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Parking and Set Up: Parking is in the field as you drive up to the pool. There is also space in that field to set up tents for our team. 

Warm Ups Arrival Time: 5:00PM PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SWIMMER HAS THEIR EVENT / HEAT / LANE written on hands.

Concessions: Kingswood runs a full concession stand with burgers, hotdogs, snow cones, nachos, etc! They did not specify whether anyhing other than cash is accepted, so make sure you have cash just in case. 

VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS MEET:

As SOON as you arrive, please check in with Jenn Ericsson, Volunteer Meet Director. Look for Jenn where our coachces are set up. We need to make sure everyone is there. If you are working second session, please still check in when you get there. Also, please pay attention to the announcement for when the timers meeting is - usually about 15 minutes before the meet.

Scorers and ribbons people, Kingswood sets up scoreres and ribbons in their clubhouse next to the pool, please come find me there at 5:30 to go over everything.
