Once, twice, threeeeee times a swim meet....hopefully. 

Volunteer Stuff (don't roll your eyes)

Because we have some families who are not able to attend the rescheduled meet, we have a few open spots for tomorrow. If you are going to be at the meet and can help, PLEASE go in and sign up for one of these shifts and then send me an email letting me know that you did (you can respond to this email) We will give anyone who helps beyond normal volunteer requirement a $15 concessions voucher for our 7/17 home meet. MMmmmmmm....pretzels and burgers and BBQ...ALL CALORIE FREE. This is sure better than delaying the start of the meet tomorrow if we don't have enough volunteers! 

Shifts Needed: 

- Clerk of Course - 2nd Session

- Sweeps Judge - 2nd Session

- Timer - 1st Session

- Stroke and Turn Officials (trained peeps only, sorry)

MEET INFO: 

Location: 201 Charter House Lane, Williamsburg, VA 23188.

Parking and Set Up: There is a parking lot and if that fills up, parking on the surrounding streets is available. There is some area on the pool deck parents can sit and also a lawn for chairs, blankets, tents, etc.

Warm Ups Arrival Time: 5:00PM PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SWIMMER HAS THEIR EVENT / HEAT / LANE written on hands. 

Concessions: There are concessions available. They usually have hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, candy, ice pops and drinks (water, soda, gatorade) for sale. They accept cash and Venmo. 

VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS MEET:

As SOON as you arrive, please check in with Jenn Ericsson, Volunteer Meet Director. Look for Jenn where our coachces are set up on deck. We need to make sure everyone is there. If you are working second session, please still check in when you get there. Also, please pay attention to the announcement for when the timers meeting is - usually about 15 minutes before the meet. 

Scorers and ribbons people, PLEASE COME FIND ME WHERE THE POWHATAN SECONDARY SCORING TABLE IS SET UP AT 5:30 to go over everything.
