Good Morning Gators Champs Meet Families, 

We have ONE MORE MEET - we can do this! Please see all information below. 

We do have some volunteer spots and will need close to every family with a champs swimmer to sign up for one. If you did not volunteer at awards meet, please be first in line to sign up for one volunteer slot. If you did volunteer at awards meet, you do not need to sign up to volunteer at champs meet. Each session, morning and afternoon, is split into two like a regular meet so you don't have to volunteer the entire time. Teamwork makes the dream work.

11 & Ups will be morning session and 10 & Unders will be afternoon session.

MORNING SESSION SWIMMERS ARRIVE TO THE POOL BY 7AM - WARM UPS AT 7:20AM.

AFTERNOON SESSION SWIMMERS ARRIVE TO THE POOL BY 11AM - WARM UPS at 11:20AM.

We will have four tents set up in the parking lot - if you are looking at the 757 Aquatic Center our tents are almost all the way to the left of the parking lot in the front two spots. There will be room for chairs and small personal coolers only. The team will have two large white coolers with water and gatorade for swimmers.

Please read this information from the event hosts:

- VPSU will not be printing programs this year. A digital copy of the program will be provided in the coming days.

- Against the Grain food truck will be on site selling food.There will not be any additional concessions sold so please ensure you pack enough food and waters for your families

- The swimmers’ entrance to the pool will be through the double doors on the 757 Patio.

- Families may park in the WISC parking lot but should not walk through the WISC facility to reach the pool building at the back. We ask families to walk around the outside of the building to reach the pool.

- Spectators may enter the pool building to watch their swimmers’ events through the 757 Lobby once their swimmer's event has concluded, we ask that spectators exit the pool area.

- Please ensure you are using restrooms labeled spectators. Swimmers will use restrooms labeled swimmers. Showers will not be open for use to swimmers.
