Good Morning!

It's almost time for Summer Awards Meet! Here is some information about tomorrow: 

Kingwood Pool Address: 111A Spring Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185

10 & Unders should arrive at the pool by 7:15AM.

11 & Ups should arrive at the pool by 11:15AM.

We will have tents set up for the team - just look for our us when you arrive! 

Bring chairs and A LOT of hydration. We will have coolers with some drinks, but you should plan to bring extra. 

Sunscreen and bug spray is a must! 

Concessions should be available, but double confirming this with Kingswood - will keep you updated. 

If you emailed us about tie dye shirts and we have set aside for you, we will bring them to Awards tomorrow. If you aren't going to Awards tomorrow, we will figure out a time to get them to you next week. 

 Kingswood needs some help from parent volunteers, so if anyone is willing to help out - please send me a text @ 757-968-9085. It takes a lot of parent involvement to do this and though we may not have official job requirements for this event, I'm sure they would appreciate a few of us filling some spots if needed.
