Good Evening Gator Families, 

Here is some information for our last swim meet tomorrow evening...can you believe it!? 

Please have your swimmers arrive by 5:00PM for warm ups. 

Pool Address: 125 Pasebegh, Williamsburg, VA 23185 - if you've never been to First Colony, it's right around the corner off Route 5. Bring bug spray. 

PARKING: Parking is on pool side of street only. Please fill gravel parking lot and field behind basketball courts before parking along the street. Parking attendants will direct.

TEAM SET UP: Set up tents/chairs in the field outside the pool. Swimmers will remain on deck, spectators in the field. Spectators may come onto the pool deck to watch their swimmers events.

Per their team, this is the concessions set up: Old City BBQ Food Truck (cash & credit) Concessions - drinks, chips, candy, Italian ice (cash only). 

We still need the following volunteer positions filled and will be sending an email to families this evening who have NOT met their volunteer requirement.  This is the last meet, so we need you to fill those spots please.

1st Half Clerk of Course (1)

2nd Half Clerk of Course (2)

1st and 2nd Half Sweeps Judge (1 Each)

2nd Half Timer (1)
