Good Morning Gators Families, 

We have some important information to communicate regarding tonight's meet. Please read everything.

Location: Due to the weather forecast, tonight's meet has been moved to the 757 Swim Aquatic Center, 5720 Warhill Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23188 (pool is BEHIND the WISC). 

Parking: There are limited spots immediately in front of the 757 pool/building, so plan on parking in the WISC parking lot and walking to the pool building. There are sidewalks on both sides of the WISC that will take you to the 757 pool/building. 

This is an indoor complex with a grounded pool. There will be some bleacher seating for parents, but please still bring chairs. You will not need tents. There will be NO CONCESSIONS, so plan to bring your own food.

NEW Arrival Time: Warm Ups for Gators will begin at 5:30PM. Please do NOT arrive and enter the 757 Aquatic center early as 757 swimmers are there until 5PM. They are generous to let us use their facility and we want to be good guests. The kids did a much better job last week of cleaning up trash around the deck before leaving, so let's carry that over to tonight. 

Volunteers: We are still 13 people short. We are in great need of second half timers, one clerk of course for each session, ribbons for second session and scorers for both first and second session.  We really could use a scorer who has done this before to help out this evening. Here's the deal, if we go into this meet short on volunteers, we will all have to sit and wait until people step up. If your child is swimming on this team, we NEED you to volunteer. Please sign up. We will be running a volunteer report this afternoon and will start by reaching out to families who have not met their volunteer requirements. If you HAVE met your volunteer requirements but you have the ability to help, please jump in and help.
