Our first meet of the season is Monday, June 21st against Fords Colony here at GSW pool. Meet will begin at 6pm. Coach Jenna will send out an email with meet info and report times for swimmers. We will utilize the clubhouse lawn for parents/seating. Please bring chairs and tents/canopies if desired. We will allow parents on the pool deck to cheer on their swimmer but ask parents to return to the lawn when their swimmer has finished the heat. We will have concessions opened, but the clubhouse restrooms will not be in use (the restrooms on the pool deck will be utilized). We have uploaded the 2021 SOP and I will also upload the VPSU meet guide for new parents so they can see how the meets/standards will run and apply. If you have volunteered for shifts on Monday, please check in with me. If you have any questions please reach out to a board member or coach.

Concession donations: Concessions is our biggest fundraiser. We use these funds to pay for our coaching amongst other things like team flags, insurance etc.

We ask that you use the following as a guide. ONE donation PER family.
