Dear Gators Families,

The VPSU summer swim season culminates in a Championship Meet to be held on Saturday, August 3. This message contains information about opportunities for you or your business to sponsor the Champs Meet and place your logo on the meet T-shirt or program.

The Benefits

As a sponsor of this meet, your business will have the opportunity to reach the families of more than 1500 swimmers from neighborhoods including Coventry, Edgehill, First Colony, Ford’s Colony, Governor’s Land, Greensprings, Indigo Park, Kingsmill, Kingspoint, Kingswood, Powhatan Secondary, Queens Lake, Stonehouse, Village Green, Villages of Westminster, Wellington, Windsor Forest, and Windsor Great Park. A sponsorship also supports the VPSU and your Greensprings Gators, as our own team keeps the majority of the sponsorship money we collect.

Two Important Dates

The deadline for sponsorships is July 8. We will need payment and your logo by that date. However, if you were a sponsor last year and your logo appeared on the T-shirt or on the program back or inside covers, you need to notify us by June 27 if you want to guarantee that you can keep your place in those prominent locations. After June 27, positions are available to all sponsors on a first come-first served basis.

Prices

Prices are reasonable and depend on the level of sponsorship. Here are the different levels:

*T-Shirt Sponsor (300-pixel max logo) + full page in program + free program + free T-shirt (on request): $160

Full Page (7.5”x 10.0”): $90

Half Page (7.5” x 5.0”): $60

Quarter Page (3.75” x 5.0”): $45

Business Card (2.25” x 3.75”): $20

Upcharges for preferred positions/color:

As noted above, last year’s sponsors have the right of first refusal on the starred items until June 27. Contact us to confirm availability of these preferred positions.
